Kim Marino was born and raised in Naperville and attended District 203 schools from elementary to high school. She has a good pulse of what is happening in our schools and our community. Combining her real estate experience with a 10-year career as a specialty representative at Forest Pharmaceuticals, you can rest assured that Kim brings a high-level of sales, marketing and business savvy to the table.
In 2011, Kim lost her beloved father, Phil Lawler, to a seven-year battle with cancer. Phil was an instrumental part of the community, having taught at Naperville Central High School for 30 years. He was also the head varsity baseball coach for 20 years. In 2013, Kim started The Phil Lawler Batting 4 A Cure Foundation, which is making a difference in the lives of those with cancer.
Kim loves giving back to the community her dad, Phil, was always so proud of. From giving back to cancer patients who live here to helping families settle into the Naperville area.
Katie Minott has embraced the motto live and love local. A Chicagoland native, she and her husband, moved to Naperville in 2003 and it has proven to be an excellent adopted hometown to raise her children. She is passionate about the local community and Co-chairs Giftmart, a local program benefitting families facing economic hardship in district 204 during the holidays. She helped initiate the program in the district in 2011 and has co-led the event since 2012.
Her background is in new homes sales where she was a High-Volume Sales Leader with National Production Builders and then the Vice President of Sales for a regional builder. She has helped clients sell and purchase over 100 homes locally. She has been a market leader in contract to close time. Katie has helped clients and personally bought and sold a variety of real estate and is familiar with the uniqueness of 100-year-old homes, townhomes, new construction homes and infill tear down property.
